Shared zone
Indicates a traffic area intended primarily for pedestrians, where the following special traffic rules apply: the maximum speed for vehicles is 20 km/h; traffic is shared by vehicles, cyclists, and pedestrians; pedestrians have priority and may use the whole traffic area, so no pedestrian crossings are marked; cycles and, where applicable, personal mobility vehicles may travel in both directions unless the competent authority decides otherwise; vehicles may park only in places designated by signs or markings; games and sports are not allowed.
