Indicates areas specially laid out where pedestrians come first and the following special rules apply: the maximum speed for vehicles is 20 km/h and drivers must give priority to pedestrians. Vehicles may park only where indicated by signs or markings. Pedestrians may use the whole traffic area. Play and sport are allowed. Pedestrians must not needlessly obstruct vehicle drivers.
